Elise Cirelli

(Co-Founder and Clinician)
Elise believes you cannot love someone more than you love yourself. At its core, the goal of most therapy must be harnessing the ability to love and accept ourselves. This is the only path to lasting positive change. To support this goal, Elise is caring and competent. She highly values authenticity and feels it is essential to the success of any therapeutic relationship- always striving to be a genuine presence that creates a safe space for others. She takes a client-centered approach, borrowing from different schools of therapy based on the person/situation.
Elise’s experience includes family therapy with couples, coparents, or those decoupling; and counseling individuals 10 years and older with an array of issues including anxiety, depression, and grief. She also has extensive experience helping individuals learn to manage emotions to better deal with difficult family and work situations.
Elise works to understand and respect each person’s background to provide a culturally sensitive and comprehensive therapeutic experience. She is welcoming to clients of all ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and relationship styles.
